Frequently Asked Questions

Is the pricing just for management, or does it include my ad budget?
Our pricing covers only the management fee. Your ad budget (what you pay to Google or Meta) is separate and paid directly to the platform. We'll recommend a minimum budget based on your goals.
How long before I start seeing results?
Google Ads campaigns typically show initial data within 1–2 weeks, with meaningful optimisation insights by week 4. Meta Ads usually see results within 2–3 weeks as the algorithm exits the learning phase. Every account is different — we'll set realistic expectations upfront.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our Monthly Optimisation plan is month-to-month. We believe in earning your business through results, not locking you in. We simply ask for 30 days' notice before cancellation.
Can I upgrade or switch plans later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with the Setup plan and move to Monthly Optimisation once they're confident. You can upgrade, downgrade, or move to a Custom plan at any time.
What is the minimum ad budget you recommend?
We recommend a minimum of ₹15,000–₹20,000/month ad spend for Google Ads and ₹10,000–₹15,000/month for Meta Ads to generate meaningful data for optimisation. Smaller budgets can work but will take longer to show results.
Will I have access to my ad accounts?
Yes, always. You own your Google Ads and Meta Business accounts. We work inside them as a manager — full transparency, no hidden activity, complete visibility at all times.
